Judd Stensrud, President

Judd Stensrud is an action-oriented leader who brings extensive consulting and commercial real estate expertise to the energy business. He founded Lumen Global in 2017 on the belief that green energy solutions could be paired with outsized returns, and drives the business with laser focus on delivering results for clients and the environment. In all my years managing and consulting for incredibly large and diverse deals, I never once saw a consistently better return on investment than what Lumen Global can offer.

Charlie Olcott, Advisor

Charlie Olcott brings to Lumen Global deep leadership and management experience. As a consultant and connector, Olcott develops new business for Lumen Global. Skilled at financial analysis, fundraising, and small businesses, Charlie provides our team with a skilled advisor.

Tom Ramar, Head of Sales

Tom started his career with the United States Navy in Cryptology and Information Warfare. He worked subsequently in various capacities and industries, spanning across Operations, Finance, and Sales within the Manufacturing and Technology industries before moving into the Private Equity world.

Suzy Ryan, Accounting Manager

I have been working for Lumen Global Inc for 3 years. I have been in the accounting field for 35+ years. I am the Accounting Manager for Lumen Global Inc. I take care of all the bookkeeping and financials for Lumen Global. Also help with various small projects from time to time and work closely with Judd assisting him with various incentive projects and any where else there is a need.

Richard Brenner, Energy Analytics & Financial Analysis

Richard Brenner is a highly skilled executive with a background in financial planning & analysis, corporate valuation, corporate restructuring, and operations. Richard has been working with Lumen Global since 2020 and has an extensive background with LED products, including commercial & industrial lighting, consumer products, and military applications.

At Lumen Global, Richard evaluates each client’s energy savings and EBITDA improvement opportunities through critical analysis of each location’s current lighting vs. prospective LED lighting, historical electric utility billings and regional electricity trends, and energy monitoring strategies. Richard also evaluates the portfolio companies of private equity firms to determine the highest value opportunities for current prospective clients.

Richard holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance & Accounting from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BS with a concentration in Management & Policy Science from the University of Southern California.
